BIMpedia Quiz

Five questions a day, quick games on what you work on, live rooms for your team on the big screen, duels with people online, and question sets you write. Guests welcome.

How to play

Press Play and pick a mode. Every game runs full screen: the question, four answers, and what happened, without scrolling.

Daily five

  1. 1Five questions from five different groups, the same for everyone today.
  2. 2One ranked try per day; your score and place appear at the end.
  3. 3New questions at midnight (UTC).

Quick play

  1. 1Pick one of 7 groups, or a mix of everything.
  2. 2Ten questions; each one shows why the right answer is right, and a lesson to read.
  3. 3At the end you get a link to challenge a colleague: they play your questions against your ghost.

Live room

  1. 1Host: create a room (groups or a question set, number of questions, teams if you like) and put your screen on the projector.
  2. 2Players: type the six-digit PIN on their phones, a name and their team.
  3. 3The host reveals each answer and moves on; teams are ranked by average points per member.

Duel

  1. 1Accept someone who is waiting, or look for a challenger (your duel waits three minutes).
  2. 2Seven questions, both of you at the same time; the faster right answer wins more.
  3. 3Nobody came? Race a recorded run on the same groups instead.

Question sets

  1. 1Members write sets for their team, a course or an event (below, or import a CSV).
  2. 2A set plays at once by its link, alone or as a live room.
  3. 3Sets appear in the library after a forum admin has checked them.
Scoring and keys
  • A right answer earns 1,000 points at once, falling to 500 at 20 seconds; after 30 seconds the question is missed.
  • The clock is the server’s, the same for everyone.
  • Answer with A–D or 1–4, Enter for the next question, Esc to leave.

Write your own questions

Your question sets

Write your own questions for your team, a course or an event, and play them here: alone, in a live room or as a link you share.

Question sets need a free forum account, so each set has an owner.
