Delivery team

A lead appointed party together with all the appointed parties and task teams under it.
Updated 5 November 2026Draft · awaiting review

A delivery team is a lead appointed party and its appointed parties, taken together. It is the unit that responds to an EIR: it writes one BEP, plans with one MIDP and delivers into the CDE as one team.

Large projects may have several delivery teams working for the same appointing party, for example one for design and one for construction.
