Task team

A group of people performing one specific task within a delivery team, such as the structural design team or a cladding subcontractor’s modellers.

A task team is a group of individuals assembled to perform a specific task: designing the structure, modelling the ductwork, producing the façade drawings. One appointed party may have several task teams.

Each task team writes a TIDP, works on its own information in the work-in-progress state of the CDE, and checks it before sharing.
