Information protocol

The project-specific terms for information — rights, duties, liabilities and use — incorporated into each appointment.
Updated 5 November 2026Draft · awaiting review

The information protocol sets out the specific obligations, liabilities and licences associated with information on a project: who may use it for what, intellectual property, security requirements, and how the information standard and methods apply.

It is attached to or incorporated into each appointment, so every party is bound by the same terms.
