A national annex adds country-specific requirements to an international standard. ISO 19650 leaves some details open — container naming fields, status and revision codes, and more — and national annexes define them.
The UK National Annex to ISO 19650-2 is the most widely used and is adopted by many projects outside the UK. Projects should state which annex, if any, applies.
