Asset information at handover

• Start from what the people running the building need: the asset information requirements.
• Put the required attributes in the LOD/LOIN matrix with an owner, so they are filled as the design develops.
• Check the asset data (for example a COBie workbook) at every milestone, not only at the end.
• Blank is better than “n/a” or “TBC” — placeholders hide missing information from every check.
